About HIROTTON

1986年生まれ。美術大学を卒業後、英国ロンドンで4年間のアート活動を経て、2012年に日本に拠点を移し、その独自のスタイルを確立。
彼はパンクシーンやスケートボードカルチャーからの強い影響を受け、身の周りの環境や政治的なテーマを彼独自のフィルターを通して、作品に映し出している。彼はアメリカのLAに拠点を置くスケートカンパニーHeroin Skateboardsからデッキシリーズのデザインを手がけると同時に、TOY MACHINE、CREATURE、VANS、PUMAなどのブランドにもアートワークを提供している。また、個展も積極的に開催し、自身のアパレルプロジェクトPARADOXもD.I.Y精神に基づいて展開中。

Born in Japan in 1986, Hiroyuki ‘HIROTTON’ Uemura is a graduate of Osaka University of Art. After spending four years in London, he established his own company, ‘PARADOX,’ where he works as a freelance designer. He specializes in creating illustrations for fashion, print, publishing, skateboard brands, and the music industry, alongside engaging in screen printing. His personal artwork draws inspiration from punk, skate, and street culture, aiming to capture the essence of the moment and share his perspective on life with others.
